Spring

All the birds are singing spring songs.
The birds are busy making their nest wherever they can.
My little spring arrangement, tulips are not real.
This sweet angel is in the entrance hall and wanted to be included.
Don't know the name of these flowers but have plenty of them and they are so pretty.
Hope you can see Mr. Bunny hiding in the flowers, he doesn't have to wait too much longer for spring.
We have been waiting and waiting for spring but now it's around the corner.
Our grandson, Andrew, sent us these pictures of his 3 dogs, just had to include them, they are so beautiful.
We had a little tea tonight, this cake is from Whole Foods and it's so yummy.
Wish my hubby could dance like this again but we cannot, but our dear Jesus still has us together and for that we are forever thankful. Where there is great love there are always miracles.
Enjoy Spring...and let's go into the garden together and we'll listen to the flowers sing.

  1. Dearest Lu,
What a lovely post of "spring"♡♡♡
We are feeling of a bit of warmth of spring here as well.
Wow, look at your grandson's gorgeous shepherd-dogs!!!
I wish to have one but my hubby doesn't allow me, as he knows it takes SO long to get back from the sorrow when ours died in my late 20's.
Wonderful phrase isn't it, "where there is great love there are always miracles"
    Love you always, xoxo Miyako*

  2. Good morning Lu, I love the flowers and the pictures that you posted. I too wish hubby could dance like we use to, but we are working on 49 years together. It will be the 49th this coming October. We both take our marriage vows very seriously. Have a great day. I am off to work. Your Missouri Friend.

  4. Dear Lu, I am sorry you miss dancing with your husband, but happy you have the hope that is in God. What would we do without him?

I did see your bunny - so cute. You surround yourself with beauty which is so important. I thought of the word "purity" when I saw those white flowers. Gorgeous. Have a lovely day!

  5. Hi Lu. I just love your comment, "where there is great love, there are always miracles". I'm sorry you miss dancing with your hubby, but at least you are together, although I'm sure the going gets a bit tough sometimes. Sending blessings to you. What gorgeous dogs your grandson has, and that slice of cake looks yummy, and all served up with such a pretty tea service! Like Belle, I love it how you surround yourself with such beauty. Blessings to you.

  15. Dear heart Lu,

I enjoy your blogs. My hubby and I married 50 years this past Sept 16th. We used to dance also. Seems now we don't do it like we used too. Yes indeed we have the Lord as our Lord and Savior as well. Without him. I cannot imagine what a day would bring. I love you quote as well. Have a great day! Sooon to be Easter as well. To say he has Risen. He is Alive!
