Rose Bowl Pasadena, CA
Today being the second Sunday of the month, it's the day for the Rose Bowl. My granddaughter Kimberly and I love going there, so I packed our lunch she was here to pick me up early and off we went. What a wonderful day it was, weather was perfect, you can see the blue skies and temp was about 72deg.
We both came home with merchandise just bursting our of our bags. I found a fabulous vintage swan in pink and charcoal, very unusual, a gorgeous mirror for the dining room with pink trim and a few other pretties. She bought some to die for jewelry among other things. We can't wait till next month. If you are ever in Pasadena, you must go to the Rose Bowl on second Sunday.
Have a sweet spring week everyone...
Lu

ReplyDeleteHi Lu, thanks so much for being a new follower and friend! Now I am following you too! Hey my Mother in law lives in South Pasadena! My father in law passed away on 2/14 and now she has 24/7 care in her own home 'which is gorgeous'. Sometimes in my blog I mention it and take pictures of things in there backyard. They have a hugeeee aloe growing on the back hill. They are on a side of a hill overlooking the San Gabriel mountains. We visit at least twice a year with the whole family 'about 15'. Summer and winter is our family time and it is so fun. My husband grew up in South Pas. I love your blog and all the pretties! Talk to you soon. I'm about to do a new post since it has been awhile.
ReplyDeleteOh my, I am so jealous!!! What a beautiful day and I LOVE flea markets. So far as I have been able to tell, there in nothing like this in my city. Glad you had fun with your granddaughter. You will have to blog about the treasures that you found there!
