Hello Friends, Here we are in the middle of the week and here in CA we are expecting rain and more rain or so they said, time will tell. I received some forwards from a friend in Oregon and had to share this one photo with all of you. I just thought this was so adorable, an expression of love. It tells us to love one another and not to forget our troops and the folks back east that have had so many problems and some are still without power.

Hello to all my Pinky Friends, Well Thanksgiving is over and Christmas will be here soon, have you finished all of your Christmas shopping? I certainly have not. We have so much to be thankful for but guess number one is our health. I decided on this picture of the Last Supper for my post today surrounded by Pink. Thank you Beverly for having our Pink Saturdays. Please click on the link on my side bar for more pinks.

Hello Dear Friends and a Very Happy and Blessed Thanksgiving Day to all... "Thanks be to thee, O Lord Jesus Christ, for all the benefits which thou has given us; for all the pains and insults which thou has borne for us. O most merciful Redeemer, friend and brother, may we know thee more clearly, love thee more dearly, and follow thee more nearly. Thanks be to thee, O Lord" (The Right Prayers for Every Need)

Happy Veteran's Day, Since today is Veterans Day, my husband was working and playing around on his computer and came up with this picture. I thought it was wonderful and decided to make a post with it. Hope you enjoy. Yes, this is my husband taken in boot camp, San Diego, CA... many years ago.

Hello and welcome to my blog. Today I would like to share with you Redwood State Park up in Monterey, CA. My granddaughter was given a promotion at her job and had to move up there. She joined a hiking group and here are some of the pictures I received. The hike was in Boulder Creek which is about 1 1/2 hours from Monterey.

Happy Pink Saturday to all...Hope all of you are well and enjoying the lovely weather we are having, well here in CA anyway. Our prayers are with all the folks in New York, New Jersey and surrounding places. My daughters mother-n-law was very close but she is alright. Just a few streets down they were not so lucky. At Pinterest found this Autumn Door that I thought would be nice for today's post. It's autumn yet the leaves look pink.
